Each piece is made to order with care. Preparation times depend on the type of jewelry:

Pendants and Earrings: Shipped within 3 business days.

Rings: Shipped within 2–5 business days, as each ring is crafted to your exact size.

European Union: Delivengo (5–10 business days). For some EU destinations, Mondial Relay pick-up points are also available.

You’ll receive a tracking link once your jewelry is on its way.
For Mondial Relay orders, I’ll manually send you an email with a list of pick-up points to choose from, closest to your delivery address.
Returns & Exchanges
I want you to be delighted with your jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, I’m here to help.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for pendants and earrings.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Rings and custom-made pieces cannot be returned, as they are made specifically to your order.
- For items with a major manufacturing defect, I’ll provide a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
How to Return:
- Contact me at contact@figseshop.com with your order number to start the return process.
- If your item is eligible for return, I’ll guide you and provide instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of major manufacturing defects.
Refunds and exchanges:
- Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days once I receive your return.
- Original shipping costs and any additional fees for failed or delayed deliveries are non-refundable.

- When you’re not wearing it, store each piece separately in a pouch or box to prevent scratches.

3. Cleaning your jewelry
- For silver pieces: use a polishing cloth (included in your order) to gently restore shine.
- For a quick clean, a bit of warm water, gentle soap, and a soft toothbrush work wonders to restore its shine.
- Fun fact: Wearing your rings daily actually helps maintain their luster, as contact with fabric and hair provides a natural polish.
