Shipping

Each piece is made to order with care, and the time needed to prepare your jewelry depends on the type:

  • Pendants and Earrings: Shipped within 2 business days.
  • Rings: Shipped within 2-4 business days, as each ring is crafted to your exact size.

 

Shipping Services:

  • France: Colissimo (3–5 business days)
  • European Union: Delivengo (5–10 business days)
  • Rest of the World: Colissimo (7–15 business days)

You’ll receive a tracking link once your jewelry is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for pendants and earrings.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Rings and custom-made pieces cannot be returned, as they are made specifically to your order.

 

How to Return:

  • Contact us at contact@figseshop.com with your order number to start the return process.
  • If you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and it’s not a custom or made-to-size item, we’ll guide you through the return process and provide instructions.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days once we receive your return.
  • Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
