Refund policy

I want you to love your jewelry. Please read my return policy carefully to know which items can be returned and under what conditions.

 

1. Non-Returnable Items
Bespoke or personalized items (such as rings, stacking rings, bracelets, stamped jewelry, and custom orders) are non-returnable. Therefore, the customer does not have a right of withdrawal for these products, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

 

2. Returnable Items
For all other items (such as pendants or earrings), excluding made-to-measure items, the customer has 14 days from receipt to return them, in accordance with Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code. To initiate a return, please contact FIG’S at contact@figseshop.com within this period to receive instructions. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected, minus the original shipping costs.

 

3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and complete. They must be returned in their original packaging or in protective packaging sufficient to allow resale.

Boxes and pouches are considered an integral part of the order. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

 

4. Reporting Defects or Damage
Customers must inspect items upon receipt. Any damage or major manufacturing defect must be reported to FIG’S within 7 days of delivery, either via email at contact@figseshop.com or using the contact form on figseshop.com. For defective or damaged items, FIG’S will provide guidance on repair, replacement, or refund.

 

5. Return Shipping
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be shipped at their own risk. FIG’S recommends using a trackable shipping method. FIG’S is not responsible for items lost during return transit. Customers should notify FIG’S promptly when returning items. For defective items, return shipping costs will be covered by FIG’S.

 

6. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds exclude original shipping costs, as well as any additional fees incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the order. Exchanges are possible for returnable items, please contact FIG’S at contact@figseshop.com to arrange the exchange.
