Shipping policy

1. Delivery Scope & Excluded Destinations
FIG’S delivers worldwide. However, due to geopolitical or environmental conditions, some destinations are currently undeliverable, including: Haiti; Crimea; Sevastopol; Belarus; Russia; North Korea; Syria; Yemen; and Somalia.

Other destinations may experience delays or disruptions for similar reasons. FIG’S temporarily does not ship to the United States due to new tax and customs regulations.

 

2. Shipping Costs & Carriers
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery destination. Unless otherwise agreed, FIG’S uses Delivengo for Europe (excluding France), Colissimo for all other destinations.

Colissimo may also be used for European orders requiring additional insurance. Tracking is available via Laposte.fr, and once the parcel arrives in the destination country, the same tracking number can be used with the local postal service.

 

3. Transfer of Risk
Ownership and risk of loss are transferred to the customer upon shipment.

 

4. Dispatch Times & Delivery Estimates

  • Orders from figseshop.com are dispatched within 10 days.

  • Custom/personalized orders have specific shipping dates provided by FIG’S.

  • Delivery times generally range from 3 to 15 days. FIG’S is not responsible for delays beyond its control but will assist with the carrier to resolve issues.

 

5. Delays & Unavailability
A delayed delivery does not necessarily indicate a lost parcel; it may be held at a transit point or affected by geopolitical or environmental issues. In rare cases, items may become unavailable. In such cases, FIG’S will contact the customer to agree on either extended delivery or a refund.

 

6. Customer Responsibilities & Address Accuracy
Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information. FIG’S is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned due to an address issue, the customer will be refunded minus shipping costs.
