- Rings: Shipped within 2-4 business days, as each ring is crafted to your exact size.

- European Union: Delivengo (5–10 business days)
- Rest of the World: Colissimo (7–15 business days)

Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for pendants and earrings.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Rings and custom-made pieces cannot be returned, as they are made specifically to your order.

- If you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and it’s not a custom or made-to-size item, we’ll guide you through the return process and provide instructions.
Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days once we receive your return.

- For silver pieces: use a polishing cloth (included in your order) to gently restore shine.
- For a quick clean, a bit of warm water, gentle soap, and a soft toothbrush work wonders to restore its shine.
- Fun fact: Wearing your rings daily actually helps maintain their luster, as contact with fabric and hair provides a natural polish.
